Urbisol offers special services and facilities for businesses to meet the needs of any corporate event: meetings, presentations, conferences, conventions, or seminars.

We have a very cozy space with natural light and stunning views of the Pyrenees. It is fully equipped with everything necessary for business meetings and conventions, including a projector, screen, imperial table, flipchart, and WIFI connection.

We offer three extremely versatile and multifunctional rooms. We can provide all types of setups: Classroom, Theater, U-shape, Imperial, and round tables for 6, 8, or 10 people.

To complete your day and for team-building purposes, you can enjoy some of the activities organized by the hotel in the surrounding area. Enjoy an outdoor picnic, have fun with our Master Chef competition, or let yourself be intrigued by the Cluedo dinner mystery.

We offer a special menu for groups with high-quality gastronomic dishes, flexible service hours, and open to last-minute changes.

If you want a fully private corporate event, the hotel is available for exclusive bookings.

Special Business Meeting (One Night)

• €220.00 per person (+ VAT)
• +€300.00 per day for the meeting room (+ VAT)

Special Business Meeting (Two Nights)

• 2 Nights with accommodation in a deluxe room for single use
• 2 Breakfasts
• 2 Lunches and 2 Dinners of choice (à la carte)
• 2 Outdoor coffee breaks
• 1 Meeting room for all three days, fully equipped, with natural light and views of the Catalan Pyrenees
• €416.00 per person (+ VAT)
• +€300.00 per day for the meeting room (+ VAT)
